Chia pudding is fantastic! Simply tossing some chia seeds into a mason jar with almond milk and shaking it well is incredibly easy. It's a nutritious snack that's packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats!

Ingredients
Chia Pudding
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 Pinch Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Raw Honey (optional but recommended)
-
2 scoops ELYXaR Complex
Garnishes
- 1/4 cup fresh Berries
- 1/4 cup fresh Banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut Almond Granola
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (except the garnish) in a glass mason jar with lid. Cover and shake well, set aside for 15 minutes. Give it another good shake then place the chia pudding mixture in the fridge and let it set for about 1 to 3 hours (or overnight).
- Pour out into your favorite bowl and garnish with the fresh berries and granola. Enjoy!!
Recipe Note
- If you don’t want to use honey, swap it with some mashed banana or sweetener of your choice.
- You can make the pudding the night before, but soaking the chia seeds that long could make your pudding a little slimy.
- You can also blend the mixture in a blender or food processor for a smoother texture.
