- 1/2 cup Oat Milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (dairy or dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1/2 cup mashed Banana
- 2 tbsp chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground Flaxseed
- 2 scoops ELYXaR Complex
Garnishes
- 1/4 cup diced Fresh Banana
- 1 tbsp crushed Walnuts
- 2 tsp Cacao Nibs
- 1 tbsp Raisins
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and give it a stir until combined.
- Let it soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but it’s best to soak overnight.
- Add garnishes and ENJOY!!
Recipe Note
- Use ripe bananas for more natural sweetness and flavor. Mash them well with a fork or a potato masher.
- If you don’t want to use honey, swap it with more mashed banana or sweetener of your choice.
- Adjust the milk and yogurt ratio to your preference. If you like your oats thicker, use less milk and more yogurt. If you like them creamier, use more milk and less yogurt.
- Store the oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
