Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Non-Fat Coconut Greek Yogurt
- 1 fresh Banana
- 2 scoops ELYXaR Complex
Directions
- Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork until smooth.
- Add the yogurt and elyxar complex and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour into your favorite bowl and add desired toppings (I like granola with dried and fresh fruit). ENJOY!!
Recipe Note
- If you’re in a hurry just mix ELYXaR complex and yogurt and garnish with banana slices.
- Substitute dairy or plant-based yogurt, depending on your preference.
- Drizzle with Raw Honey or sweetener of choice if it’s not sweet enough for you.
