Savor the sweet pleasure of enjoying dessert for breakfast! Made with nutritious ingredients like rolled oats and chia seeds, this dish offers a mix of sweetness, richness, and the tangy taste of cream cheese.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole rolled Oats
- 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt plain
- 1/2 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 2 scoops ELYXaR Complex
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Garnishes
- 1/4 cup fresh Blueberries
- 1 tbsp shaved toasted Coconut
Directions
- Add the oats, chia seeds, cream cheese, greek yogurt, raw honey, vanilla extract, almond milk, and elyxar complex to a large mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth. Let thicken on the counter for 5-10 minutes.
- If using frozen blueberries, heat them in the microwave for about 30 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl. Mash the blueberries with a fork until the consistency is jam-like.
- Pour the blueberry jam in the bottom of a sealable jar or bowl, and cover with the oat and chia mixture.
- Seal the jars with a lid or cover tightly with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator and let soak for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once the oats have soaked up all the liquid, serve cold or heated up in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add the garnishes and ENJOY!!
Recipe Note
- Adjust the milk and yogurt ratio to your preference. If you like your oats thicker, use less milk and more yogurt. If you like them creamier, use more milk and less yogurt.
- Store the oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
