Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apples or other green apples
- 1 1/2 cups fresh Pineapple
- 2 celery stalks without the leaves
- 1/2 fresh Cucumber
- 2 handfuls fresh Spinach
- 2 Scoops ELYXaR Complex
Directions
- Wash all ingredients. Cut the apples into quarters, and pineapple, cucumber, and celery into smaller pieces that will fit in the juicer.
- Add all produce to juicer and watch the magic happen. Optionally strain the juice if you don't like the pulp. (I usually don’t!). Fill a shaker bottle with desired juice and add the elyxar complex. Shake well until dissolved.
- Pour the juice into your favorite glass or jar with ice cubes and ENJOY!!
Recipe Note
- If you’re concerned about juicing apple seeds, which can be toxic, the amount used here is too small to have any kind of negative effect, but you can, of course, cut the apples and remove the seeds first if you prefer.
- You can juice the celery leaves as well, but it might make the juice a little darker.
