An Iced Blue Matcha Latte stands out with its vivid hue and subtle floral flavors, offering a delightful creamy and caffeine-free option that's a delightful way to kick off your day.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon Blue Matcha Powder

2 Scoops ELYXaR Complex
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Cardamom Syrup (recipe Follows)
- Ground Cardamom for garnish
Vanilla Cardamom Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cardamom pods
- 1 vanilla bean (split)

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot and bring to a slow simmer, stirring often, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let the syrup boil. Simmer for 1 minute and then remove from heat. Let cool for 5 minutes and then place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a shaker bottle and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute to aerate.
- Pour over a cup of ice, garnish with ground cardamom and ENJOY!!
Recipe Note
- You may substitute with any milk of choice (whole milk, almond and cashew work best).
- You can serve warm by heating it slightly in the microwave for 30 seconds, then aerating with a handheld milk frother.
- Do not boil or you will lose some integrity of the vitamin content.
