These salted dark chocolate bon bons feature a naturally sweet and creamy coconut center, encased in rich dark chocolate, and topped with a sprinkle of cacao nibs and sea salt for a truly exquisite flavor!

Ingredients
- 1 cup desiccated Coconut
- 3 tbsp Coconut Nectar or Raw Honey
- 2 tbsp Coconut Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 scoops ELYXaR Complex
- 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the unsweetened shredded coconut, the coconut milk, coconut nectar, the melted coconut oil and the elyxar complex.
- Form into bite-size balls (approx. 2 inches in diameter) and transfer to the freezer for about 1 hour.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil.
- Use a fork placed underneath, dip every bonbon into the chocolate and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle the bonbons with the cacao nibs and sea salt.
- Freeze for 30 minutes. ENJOY!!
Recipe Note
- You can repeat the chocolate coating step 2 times for a really nice thick chocolate coating.
- If you find that your dough is too dry, try adding another 1/2 tsp of melted coconut oil!
- Store these in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. They’ll last in the fridge about 1 week and in the freezer about 1 month.
